Had a quick "bleep" in the hydro. I could not figure out how to get the fridge to turn back on properly. A quick call/response to Frigidaire, and I only had to unplug for 10mins and plug back in. Everything was good.

Received December 21, 2023 along with Frigidaire stove, dishwasher and vent. The fridge is hardly cool. Waited a few days thinking maybe it needed that to settle. Called store where I purchased it from and was directed to call 1-800 etc. OMG Now January 8th and I am still waiting to get someone in to "repair" my brand new fridge. Thankfully I kept the old fridge for backup.

Crisper drawers are always loose and look crooked. Door squeaks when opening and closing. Freezer model was also damaged at factory.

This fridge is a complete disaster. Not only did the appliance fail right out of the box, but Frigidaire's refusal to replace it and insistence on extensive and costly repairs showcase a total lack of customer care. We are now a month in and still no working fridge. Avoid this brand if you value your money and sanity!

J’ai acheter une paire frigo/congélateur en 2019 de la collection Gallery. Le frigo a brisé, il n’est pas réparable. Le modèle a changer depuis, je dois donc remplacer les deux appareils. Je n’ai apparemment droit qu’à 60% de rabais sur le frigo… Alors pensez y bien avant d’acheter une telle combinaison.

This unit replaced one I bought 17 years ago which I sold for $150. It was AMAZING. After 6 months, several service calls, and finally a full replacement fridge I find the quality is not what it used to be. My original Frigidaire fridge and freezer were built into my kitchen. The new ones are taller and wider so a portion of my upper cabinets had to be removed. Lesson learned. I cannot say enough about the amazing service received from Kwai Lam at Lowe's in Langford, B.C. He really took care of us.
