It's a bit early to write this review as we've only had it for two weeks. One thing I have noticed is a lot of condensation build up on the inside on the front center ceiling. I'm thinking the gasket isn't air tight and need to call in to have a warranty call placed. Calling customer service is on my to do list for today. Due to this condensation I dropped the rating but will change if problem gets easily resolved.

We decided to do side by side fridge and freezer. I thought it might be too bold but glad I ignored my gut and went with it anyway. Love having the 2 full size appliances.

Absolute crap. This fridge came with my new home we purchased in 2018. By 2020 the compressor, evaporator, drier filer and the heat exchanger broke. By 2021 the evaporator broke again. It’s now 2024 and the compressor, evaporator, drier filter and heat exchanger have gone again. Calling Electrolux is painful and worthless. Multiple ‘accidental disconnections’ asking to speak to a manager. The agents are rude and condescending. The manager was not a big help either. If you want a fridge that craps out every year, this it the one. Everyone who has left positive reviews has obviously only had this fridge for a short time.

I bought this 2 months ago… I got the set of fridge and freezer… they are huge… and very spacious. I want counter depth fridge and freezer but with lots of space inside cuz I have a big family… these 2 pieces giving a very luxurious look in my kitchen. And the best part is that they have multiple shelves on the door so I can organize all my everyday items. I highly recommend this product. 10 out of 10.

I have been waiting my whole life to have my dream kitchen and I knew what appliances I wanted because I knew that Frigidaire was a quality product however, our fridge from day one has had issues. There was the incorrect handle to the matching freezer and the compressor has made so much noise and vibrates everything in the fridge, we have been trying to get a hold of someone from Frigidaire for over two months now to help us figure out what to do and overall we have been very unsatisfied with the customer service and the product. Somehow, our fridge managed to get into demo mode, which made it very confusing because the temperature gauge said 3° however, when I put in my thermometer, it was 20° all of our food spoiled, and the person on customer service line was very unhelpful and not sympathetic to our situation it has been 48 hours and we have had no one contact us about servicing this
