Ice maker broken from the get go. Four or five trips from repair peeps to get it to work. It never will. Customer service has been abysmal and their "tech department" is now INVENTING reasons why the ice maker doesn't work. Once it became clear the unit needed to be replace they made up a "problem" on their own (no on site tech ever said this) trying to blame the issue on sediment in my line saying I need to install a filter - which I have (a water filtration and treatment system). Also, I had the same (earlier model) of the freezer prior to this one and it NEVER had a problem. A slimy try, if you're going to make up a story at least be aware that the product replaced your same product (which only croaked due to age 16 year later) said product which never had the issue at hand. Just STAY AWAY from this company unless you want to waste your time when things go sideways. I'll end up taking them to small claims court if they don't resolve the issue in the next week. It's been almost 8 mos now and I'm the amount of time wasted on a new appliance makes me wish I'd invested the thousand bucks to replace the parts that needing replacing on the old one.

Bought the fridge and freezer set a month ago and were not able to install it because we were waiting for the trim kit to arrive. Spent more than 6 hours on the phone with customer service trying to get an update on my package. Spoke to 5 customer service reps and three managers. Kept getting the run around saying the package was in progress and we should receive it soon. To top it all off, they were supposed to ship the package via FedEx and hold it at the depot for pick up. Instead, they shipped the package using some no name courier service that delivered the package to FedEx, while they were closed and just left it outside at the front door!! This is by far the most incompetent service that I have ever had to deal with. I don’t look forward to the day that I may have to call again to arrange for service on my fridge or freezer. Absolutely not acceptable customer service after dishing out $10,000.

Very poor quality fridge. Major components required replacement in less than 18 months of use. We bought this fridge and had it installed in February 2023. Immediately upon installation the water dispenser did not work and a part had to be replaced. In February 2024, the fridge started to make a loud growling sound. After just one year, the compressor had to be replaced. In August 2024, the fridge stopped cooling and now requires a new evaporator (we are still waiting for the part) In less than 18 months, two major components that should last many years have had to be to replaced. I regret having purchased this appliance.

Nous avons acheté l’ensemble frigo congélateur professionnel de profondeur comptoir et nous sommes très satisfait. Le frigo s’aménage très bien. La finition est bonne.
