Interesting that my first review disappeared and am wondering if the "4.5" star rating Electrolux gives itself is based on all reviews or just the ones showing. This washing machine is the least durable machine I've ever owned; washer no longer fills properly (and yes my water pressure is fine, no kinks in hose, etc-- this is a washer issue) after less than 2 years and one of those years it was in warehouse storage. Very light use. Also, in spite of having a gazillion settings there is little flexibility-- for example there is a "hand wash" setting that will only allow warm water. Crazy. Why not just have a handful of cycle strength settings, 3-4 temperature settings, a timer, and a "favorites" to keep the ones you like? The hose drainage for filter cleaning is so close to the ground it's impossible to drain without getting water all over the floor. Bad design. Overall I would never buy this brand, would go back to LG.

I have only had my washer about a little over a week now, and I've done several loads of clothes. I am VERY pleased with this machine! Easy to use with a great number of cycle options. The clothes are coming out great! It is relatively quiet, especially during the spin cycle and that is VERY important for me living on a 3rd floor of a condo unit! My ONLY complaint is that the sound notification that the laundry is done is VERY faint..and it's not adjustable, sadly. Truly not enough of an inconvenience to lose a "star"..as everything else about it is perfect.

We have a small cottage home and we're in the market for a compact under the counter washing machine. We wanted something that could tackle a load of clothes as well as a few small items when needed. The washing machine is quiet, powerful, and gets the job done with minimal waste and excellent results. Results. When you pull the clothes out of the wash tub, they are already at the damp stage and dry quite quickly. I'm really happy with this find. And although it is a new product for us, the first week of use, along with the confidence the name provides we are very happy with our selection. With great reviews and a heavy little machine that does everything we've asked of it and more this machine is a wonderful purchase. The truck brought the washing machine to our door and brought it into the laundry area. Satisfied with the whole experience..

Their products are amazing however their installation techs, are nothing but movers, and know very little about the products they are delivering. They don't even take the time to read the instructions either. But for sure will act like they do, and will blame it on the product. So if you want to purchase there products they are much better than Bosch, but would suggest you install it yourself or get a professional to install it. There free installation is not worth it and will cost you time and money in the end.

Just recieved this washer 2 days ago. I was so concerned about it being smaller than my old washer but was pleasantly surprised by the size of load it will take and how quiet it was. There was no issue with balance and am pleased with the purchase so far.
