The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the door gets locked once it is closed and takes 6 minutes to open the lock.

I have bought a machine about 1.5 month ago and overall very happy with the purchase. It does wash clothes well and has multiple options for wash cycles to choose from. It also saves water and adjust the spinning time needed. From what I have noticed, the machine runs a little bit loud in my opinion than others front load brands I had before. Also the end of cycle signal is hard to hear if you have TV working or you are not in close proximity to the laundry room. If you using the pan underneath the washer, I highly recommend to get a pedestal or to get large pan to have enough clearance to open motor cleaning compartment door. Other than that, it is a great washer.

Our laundry area in the condo is only 29 in. deep with the dryer vent going out the roof. This washer washes beautifully and fits the space barely.

This machine comes with 14 preset options, and you can customize your own options too! It is quite compact and can easily be stacked with the dryer of the same model. It is probably too small for a family with kids, but perfect for a retired couple like us.

Perfect for our condominium, which didn't have a place to vent for dryer. Knowing Electrolux had a stronghold in Europe for this size/style, we went with this pair. Size is perfect and very happy with the final product. Now just to finish the "closet" doors.

I am not impressed at all with this machine. I expected alot more from Electrolux. I had an LG stack washer and dryer that was _x000D_ superior to this washer and dryer unit. Never again, when these Electrolux units die I'm going back to LG.

We needed a smaller unit to fit where we want them and also wanted a front load. This fit our needs and it also is quiet and cleans our clothes great!
