I have had 2 LG laundry sets over the last 17 years with my last dryer dying after only 3 years of use for a family of 2! I purchased the Electrolux top of the line model per the recommendation of a trusted appliance store owner. Boy am I glad I did! He has this same model in his home and told me it is FAR superior than the other brands he sells and they service what they sell. The units stack beautifully and at 5’5” I can easily reach the buttons. My clothes have never been cleaner!

The washer works very well. The reversible door feature is important and well engineered. We're happy with the unit. We're not happy about the purchase experience with the companion dryer, which I reviewed also. That part is disturbing about Electrolux & Ferguson's the selling dealer

My only frustration with this machine is that I want to be able to select a predetermined cycle then adjust all the setting to fit what I am washing (create a customized wash cycle). The washing machine is quiet and works perfectly otherwise.

The wide rang of wash cycles is very much appreciated and eliminates a lot of guesswork. Pretty much a set it, and forget it. The washer does a great job on heavily soiled items and works equally as well on delicates. I really like the multiple options for adding different types of detergent and the detergent is pre-mixed with water prior to entering the washtub.

We have had this washer for only 2 weeks but so far so.good. Love having a place to put the pods in the detergent drawer. Lots of features. Only problem is that socks keep getting in the gasket.

I love my new washer. It cleans clothes so well. I had a different brand that was awful and never got the clothes clean. I keep telling me husband how much I love washing clothes now! Well worth it. It's extremely quiet and the different settings are terrific. So glad I made the purchase and they are beautiful to look at!
