Hands down the best washing machine we’ve ever owned. We had problems for many years with an LG washer not getting our clothes clean and constantly leaking from the air gap. The Electrolux is flawless and as a family of four little children, this machine washes out all the stains and messes they can throw at it. _x000D_ _x000D_ I wouldn’t look anywhere else. This is the washer you want and need!

First time I used our brand new washer I received error message E11. Called for technician who came out the following week. He couldn’t fix it and had to order 2 new parts—which took another 2 weeks for him to return. He just left yesterday after fixing it and saying “everything is fine now”. Put in a load of wash and went through all the cycles including spin. I was very hopeful, however, the clothes were still sipping wet and had to be wrung out to put in the dryer. Another call to the technician…………

I have been very impressed with the cleaning ability of this washer. The "optic white" setting is especially impressive. Without any additional detergent additives, I my husband's t shirts and the white dishtowels were noticeably whiter. Excellent!

This washer has everything! The Optic White feature is the real deal! Not a one complaint from this family. This the fifth washing machine that I have owned and hands down the best!
