Got the machine installed and had to call for service on day one. I really just wanted the thing gone since it needed service already. Called Electrolux, got a technician to come out, supposedly everything is fine. Day two it stopped working, nothing, was doing nothing. Called for service again, technician says if it's clogged I'll have to charge you. How is it clogged with one load of laundry since it was bought. I guess if you forget a coin or something, it could happen._x000D_ Enough of this, went to Lowe's and had them pick up the set as I felt perpetual headaches on the horizon._x000D_ I can't say they are junk, but mine were terrible.

This is my second Electrolux washer, my first lasted 15 years and was getting tired, though it was still working. This one has more features that make it amazing to me. I love the available settings, Eco settings, and the clean tub setting to name a few.

Clothes smell very fresh and clean. Enjoy it telling me when to clean washer too, so it stays that way.

Works perfectly from the moment of install. Clothes come out clean. What more could you ask for!! _x000D_ _x000D_ Only slight negative is that it is a little noisier than my old machine while it is filling with water.
