The overall design of the washer makes it user friendly. The active wear preset on the washer is my favorite because it cleans all of the stinky gym clothes I accumulate really well.

Replaced a 7.5 year old Whirlpool Cabrio Platinum with this machine after the bearing went. The Whirlpool was a top loader without an agitator. I looked at Elextrolux based on the recommendation from the repairman that came to check out my old washer. The Electrolux has been a great upgrade! My clothes come out cleaner than they have in a while. As a Pod user, I like that feature in the tray. I researched a number of machines before settling on this one. You can tell a difference in the overall wash with the way the machine pre-mixes the detergent and additives as well as the way it adds it to the drum.

Runs well. Some of the programs run a long time with no options to adjust.

Runs full cycles for each specified times and cycle chosen. Clothes are super clean. Whites on optic white cycle look better than just with clorox

It gets my clothes clean with no problem. The only issue is the machine has preset temperatures. I wish I could select my own temperature and time for the loads. I believe the washer takes to long on a hot temperature load. My clothes do come out clean but I believe it may be used to much electricity to do it. I would have give a five star rating if not for that.

Happy with this washer, especially the 15 minute wash option which is great when you’re in a hurry and your clothes aren’t too soiled just regular wear. It’s been such a great experience to get my wash done Fast! I love all the different options for each type of clothing, which I’ve never had veggies. My only complaint is the front keeps catching my daughter’s little socks, they get stuck in the rubber part, which gets super wet. It’s a little odd there’s no way to dry it out either, I leave the door open for that. Otherwise great machine!

We heard great things about Electrolux products so decided to give the washer a try. It exceeds our expectations. Great selection of wash cycles. Love the 15 minute quick wash. But our favorite thing has to be the light in the washer drum. It's amazing how a little thing like that could be a game changer.

Very well made excellent machine. We originally bought it because of the reversing the door capability that both the washer and dryer have and the quality of Electrolux products. It saved us from having to buy extra long hoses and electrical cord. And we have an Electrolux Induction stove that we bought 5 or 6 years ago and every day I am still iimpressed with the quality of it. This washer is no exception great quality easy to use and we really love the Pod capability.
