I purchased my machine a couple months ago. At first I was worried about the screen but its seems to be holding up ok so far. If you accidently pick the wrong setting, I say let it run its course without trying to re-set the machine to a different cycle. I love the super white cycle.

I bought this about 6 months ago and couldn’t be happier. Cycles are useful, operation intuitive. Easy to keep clean. I do all my laundry then dry the boot and door with a microfiber cloth and keep dispenser tray and door open to dry - no mold yet! Beautiful appliance. Manual is clear and easy to use. Steam feature helps remove stains.

I love all the features of this great appliance from the light in the drum so you don’t miss that one sock to the convenience of the rapid wash cycle when you’re short on time. Very satisfied customer!

Purchased this washer about 18 months ago. We also got the extended warranty, which turned out to be very fortuitous. The pump broke after 14 months, so we were without a washer for two weeks while it was repaired. Without the extended warranty, it would have been at our expense. A month later, the main bearing on the washer drum broke, meaning we had a very expensive paperweight. Our warranty covered replacement, but not tax? So we are still out of pocket for tax, the cost to repurchase the extended warranty, and we have no machine for a month while this is all sorted out. Our Kitchen Aide washer and dryer lasted 18 years, this one 18 months. Our first Electrolux purchase, and obviously our last.

It is a very nice washing machine with a lot of programs. I like the hand wash program and the fact that has adjustable water level. It is quiet and easy to use.

I received this unit on Oct. 2 and had it installed by authorized personnel. The washer was defective. On the first wash the spin cycle did not stop. An authorized warranty repair person reported that the speed module was defective and in fact the programming of the unit was not functioning properly. This is a brand new washer! Electrolux needs to step up their quality control and their customer service. My machine should have been replaced immediately upon learning from the repair person that it was malfunctioning. I paid for a new functioning unit. Not a defective one needing repairs on first use!!! Shame on you Electrolux! I will be spreading my experience on social media sites.
