I bought this 3 weeks ago and I’m very happy with my choice! I love that the detergent mixes with water before being added to the clothes. I switched back to liquid detergent and use less than the amount in a pod. You can still use pods with this machine and it also would mix with water prior to being added to the clothes. I just found that for my typical loads there was too much detergent in a pod. I love the towels option. My towels have never washed up so nicely!!

Bought this washer and dryer set expecting quality but it has been the worst washer we have ever purchased. Within the first 1.5 yrs the gasket tore and I had to replace it as the warranty was up. I’m on my 3rd OEM gasket as the last one we could not get rid of the mould. Now with the new gasket the mould smell is still there and so strong we need to vent to laundry room daily until we replace the machine. We have tried everything and always leave the door open, run regular cleaning cycles, etc. Do not buy this washer.

I bought in early January and am happy with the performance of the washing machine compared to my old top laid machine.Clothes are coming out dried from the spin feature and spend less time in the dryer. A nice bonus

Bought this about a month ago and have been extremely happy with the performance. The cycles are quite quick compared to my last machine. Only complaint is that the regular spin setting for ‘normal’. The clothes seem quite wet. So, I just adjust that each time I choose the normal setting.

Just bought this washer to replace my 6 year old Maytag. So far so good! Pretty quiet and has all the settings I need plus more. Efficiency is great, timing and soap usage required is minimal. Capacity is nice. I can load a ton of towels or bedsheets w/ duvet cover no problem. Extra rinse feature is called Pure Rinse and seems to do very good job, as I have sensitive skin and want to ensure the soap is thoroughly rinsed out.
