Many of the problems with a previous model have been addressed and solved. I like the improvements. No more push in to open or close the door, just pull open and push closed. Sounds like a small thing, but it’s huge! Got so tired of fighting the door on the old one to get it closed._x000D_ Improvements:_x000D_ 1. The door latch._x000D_ 2. The soap door and the arrangement of the dispensers._x000D_ 3. The settings are configured to make more since._x000D_ 4. The stain treatment settings are really nice._x000D_ Overall I like it better._x000D_ Now if the seals and bearings would last more than 9 1/2 years, say 20…..then you would really have something. That said, my 2012 Electrolux washer outlasted a Maytag, and a Bosh, so…..getting there. Liked it so much more I bought another one.

We have had our Electrolux washer and dryer for a little over a week. We also own an Electrolux set in our main home. We love the original set but on this one we have a strange shutoff for no reason. As it is new we wanted to try one of the many wash modes. They all work fine except the heavy duty mode. For some reason during the cycle with exactly 81 minutes left the machine stops. The lights remain on and no error messages are illuminated. Other than that everything works great.

I was worried about going to a front load washer from my old top load, but needed something new and wanted to conserve water as we are on a well. I also have kids and horses so was concerned about the heavy soil loads ability to handle dirt. I have been really pleased with this washer. The heavy soil loads take a long time, but combined with being able to do a fast wash on less soiled items I think it all works out about the same as before. Very pleased with my choice so far.

We switched from our 15 year old top load washer, at the end of it's life, to the Electrolux Front Load Washer. We are amazed by the options, how white our whites get, and the very smart feature that it mixes the detergent before it goes on your wash load. NO MORE stained clothes from pods that didn't work as planned.

I have been using this washer for 3 months now. After the top feeding regular washer this front door washer feels interesting. The design of the front door is convenient. I like the size and capacity. Moreover the cleaning level an quality is premium. This is a very well made washer from top to bottom. However, its drainage is very sensitive to soil, debris etc. If you have a pet, or doing a little bit gardening or have medium to high soil level in your clothes it would most likely clog the drainage which happened to me in two months. Great value and technology for the price except its drainage issue. The downside is that despite this sensitivity issue there is not any easy access for cleaning the drainage line which is provided with some other brands. If it is clogged you have to call for the service.

I do laundry daily! This machine washes my family clothes just wonderfully. I haven’t needed to re wash like I did with old washer.

I love this washing machine! Clothes come out extra dry, without smells and exceptionally clean. Totally worth it!
