We recently upsized to this 20 cu ft from a 6 6 or 7 cu ft chest freezer that we had since before kids and are SO glad we finally decided to splurge. I would like the alarm to be louder for when the door is left ajar and it would be nice to show a different colour light on the floor if the door is ajar, but otherwise it's a great capacity and layout for shelves and door slots. Happy with our purchase!

I have no problem so far with the freezer. We were outgrowing our old 16.7 cu ft. so this 20 cu ft is great. Our only problem is that it doesn't have wheel locks so when you open the door the unit moves several inches. I had to push several rubber door stops under the frame in the front and one on the side to keep the unit in place. This is required even when fully loaded. The design team should have recognized this problem.

I bought the freezer a month and half ago, and I have been happy with it. It keeps the food frozen well, and I like the inside light which illuminates much better than my previous freezer._x000D_ _x000D_ The only dislike is that the shelves are held in by wedging them in bulging side walls and corners. The corners of the freezer are quite rounded in. This greatly reduces the storage space, because boxes can't go all the way into the corner and sides. My previous freezer had a metal bars to attach shelves (like most fridges have), which gave full storage capacity, which obviously was better._x000D_ _x000D_ As long as the buyer is aware and ok with the lost storage space due to shelving method, I would recommend this freezer.

I bought this about a month ago and I have no complains so far, freezes as expected. The door opens easily. I like the adjustable layers so I can move it around as I need. The cabinets on the door is great for small items.

We have had this freezer now for 3 weeks. The size is perfect allowing me more room. It is so much better now with everything easily accessible. Saving us money too.

Very spacious inside. Wheels are lockable, love that it has an alarm if the door is left open
