Much better than the old chest freezer we had and easier on the back. With only one month since we purchased time will tell if it is solid and reliable. Ask me again in a year.

Works great, no complaints at all. Have only had a couple months but was quick to cool off, not loud at all and having the LED to indicate it’s working is great!

Have had chest freezers for 45 years and were constantly digging to find buried items. The upright is a much better system! Everything is much more accessible and the frost free design will also eliminate the defrosting job. Why did we wait this long?

I bought this over a month ago and everything is fine. Works very well, no issues. Design is very good, although I might have preferred one more basket tray.

This freezer fits everything from my previous stand up freezer, plus everything from the freezer part of my fridge freezer combo, and it’s all organized and easy to see and access, and I still have room to spare.
