So far I am very happy with my purchase. It has all the features that I was looking for. With the price of groceries increasing you have to minimize your risk of allowing your food to spoil. The green light is like a safety blanket. The self closing door and a quality seal to minimize potential spoilage is great. Frost free reduces freezer burn and eliminates the tedious job of emptying the freezer and thawing out the ice build up. And did I mention how spacious it is!

We bought this a couple of months back and are so thankful for the extra space- easy to reach our frozen food, tucks away neatly in the garage.

Bought this freezer for easy access to the "everyday" things while keeping our chest freezer for meat storage. Love that everything is easy to see and easy to organize. Works great.

The alarm of death and flashing green light let us know something was wrong with our freezer. After trying the power off reset procedure several times and cleaning the dust off of the coils in the back, we ended up calling an appliance repair man. We had tried calling Frigidaire customer service but after cycling through the automated system, we were told that due to heavy call volume they could not take our call and promptly hung up. Heavy call volume ?? There must be a reason for that. Try calling their number and watch what happens. Anyway, less than a month after our 12 month warranty expired, the compressor has failed. A closed system which will cost half of what a new freezer would cost. We should have paid attention to the weird noises the freezer was making along the way but just assumed that was normal. Apparently not.

This freezer seems to be working excellent. Lots of capacity and very easy to see_x000D_ what is in in as compared with a chest freezer. It does run almost continually though._x000D_ Don't know if this is normal or not.

Purchased this a month ago. So far so good. There was a slight problem with the fan rubbing some wiring and making a noise but were able to resolve it by adjusting the wiring. I like the green light that reflects on the floor to confirm it is functioning properly. Hoping the appliance is durable and will last.
