I love being able to see in the washer. The agitator holds a small bathroom folded in half and washed it completely.

Been using machine a few weeks and really like the features. Love the glass lid and the Max Fill feature among others. Our clothes, sheets, blankets, everything smells clean and takes more water out of the clothes during the spin cycle. So far, so good and we expect it to continue.

This machine cleans great, and everyone has mentioned how great their clothes smell! This may be attributed to the agitator assembly performance in fully agitating the laundry properly. Setting the cycle type is easy, and the water temp and soil level can also be adjusted before starting. I also love that there is a cycle timer displaying the remaining cycle time. This machine is also very quiet.

Brand new too old washing machine will not drain fabric softener compartment, even after repeated attempts to “troubleshoot” according to manufacturer. EVERYTIME I call customer service, the automated system tells me they can’t take my call at this time. It’s very frustrating. Save yourself the time and frustration, purchase from a different manufacturer, one that has better customer service reviews and ratings.

First time having high efficiency washing machine. Seemed a little strange having the machine figure out how much water was needed, but so far so good! Plus, I have always heard good reviews of the Frigidaire name.
