Happy with the quality of the replacement washer. It is definitely a awesome upgrade including the option for an active wear wash so our gym clothes are properly cleaned and will last longer!

I did a lot of research looking for a new washer that would actually wash the clothes and get them clean with some water because of this machine you can control the water level on some of the modes it's the best machine since the 60s I stumbled across this machine on a Lowe's advertisement starting research between this one and an LG this machine is far superior I love it

This product, as well as other Frigidaire appliances came with our January 2020 new home purchase. After a mere three months of use it began to have draining issues. At the time, we were understanding of the covid-19 pandemic and awaited defective repair. In August, the item was completely unusable. In short, we have not had a functioning washer for over two months and Frigidaire is refusing to replace the product. We have had the product serviced FOUR times with no avail. In fact, during the second service, the servicemen advised me that he could tell the part that he had to replace (drain pump) had been replaced in the past - which leads me to believe that this company is selling old products as brand new or using old parts in their alleged "new" items._x000D_ Terrible customer service as well as incompetent servicemen. I highly discourage other consumers from purchasing this product. Sadly, my dishwasher is defective as well. So, my confidence in this companies products are extremely limited.

Very happy with this machine it works great on my clothes and has many options to get the job done correctly! I love how quiet the washer is and I have noticed the efficiency reflect on my utility bills!. My favorite function is being able to add fabric softener before I start the wash unlike the old machines where you had to anticipate the rinse cycle to go add the softener half way thru the wash cycle.

It was just installed about two weeks ago and being 90 years old presents a learning process. So far it seems to be working fine.
