The appliance store delivered and setup. Started a test wash and left. 10 min later water was all over the floor and leaking into the basement destroying some papers stored there. _x000D_ _x000D_ Called store. Sent a repair guy out within the hour. A hose had never been connected at the factory. Fixed it. _x000D_ _x000D_ Ran first wash and had another leak, not as bad. Called store. They replaced it a week later and said they would contact Frigidaire for compensation - nothing._x000D_ _x000D_ So far machine 2 is NOT leaking. First time Frigidaire owner. Maybe the last!

We had a 20 year old washer & dryer as a perk in our leased townhome. That perk came to an end. We bought the paired Frigidaire washer & dryer. We are finally in the space age! It has great features and quiet operation. And we love the high capacity.

Replaced a hot point and this is like a luxury car. That being said, it has to be perfectly level. Then any load imbalance will cause a pause so listen up for the beep. I like the cycle choices and the favotit feature. All cycles are long but do a great job. This is a quiet machine. I love it!

I have had this washer for 2 years and 1 month and in that time I have found that the fabric softener dispenser doesn't work hardly at all, unless you water it down so severely it may as well not be fabric softener. On top of that I, and several neighbors who got the same model with our new homes, have had to purchase a new washer within 2 years because the clutch assembly and ball bearings wear out because they have too many plastic parts. The washer will start getting noisy and then stop turning and agitating shortly after.

I bought this about a month ago. My 22 year old washer finally crapped out and I couldn't fix it - cheaply. I picked this particular model because 1) it had the stainless steel tub (sides only , bottom section appears to be heavy duty type polymer), 2) It was in stock and 3) It could be delivered in 5 days. Favorite button is convenient. Has separate compartment for detergent, bleach, and softner. The lid contains a large glass piece for viewing, however, since it's cool and humid in my basement as soon as you add warm water the glass "steams" up on the underside and you can't really see to much. I really haven't got into the technical function of all the controls and nuances yet. It's going to take more time. One other thing is the stopping and starting of the agitator can be loud. I have to look into this. Overall I'm satisfied with this unit - it does the job.
