I bought it 6 months ago and it will not spin. All diagnostics say there is nothing wrong with it. E4 appears and have to research the manual to try to figure it out.

I brought a month ago....I love this washer. I own a Samsung before this purchase and I hated it. I'm glad I made the switch.

Washer cleans well and has a choice of water levels. Also has an agitator for better cleaning. Takes a long time to clean but has dispensers for fabric softener, detergent and bleach so it is a one time load, set and forget until the chime rings to let you know the wash is completed.

We are so pleased with this washer. It has great settings, a digital count down to completion and a favorites button. I like that it senses the load and fills only the needed amount of water. The drum is metal and we love having an agitator. The rounded corners and see through top make it look very nice. It is nice to have a spot for the laundry detergent that isn't on top of your clothes. Water washes through the pour spot to make sure all the detergent is used. Clothes come out clean!
