Have never owned such a wonderful washer it washes alll the different items I have from blankets to small items perfectly and with precision. I love that I’m able to preset my favorite setting

This washer and dryer set came with my condo. I have to say...I was very excited at first. But after a week, the washing machine was SOOO loud, it sounded like an earthquake was going on in my home. It has continued to get worse regardless of the load size, wash selection, etc. it has gotten so bad that it actually moves the washer halfway through my laundry room and I have to move it back. Today it started leaking. I’ve had it less than 1 year. I am HIGHLY disappointed in this product and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’d rather have my old, outdated, rented washer back when I lived in my apartment vs this one because of all of the issues. Now I’m going to stop complaining so I can go and soak up all of the water on my floor that it leaked.

This was the best washer we have ever used. It is very quiet and efficiently spins the clothes to get most water out to make drying fast.

I’ve had my washing machine about a month now and I love it. The only thing I don’t like is when using washing powder versus liquid it’s get very hard and clumps up in the designated tray. I’ve never had this problem with other machines. Overall it was a great buy!

The way this machine determines the amount of water needed is so stupid. It agates the dry clothes into a ball and then sets the water level. If you have a light load the clothes can get bunched in one spot so the right amount of water is not delivered and the clothes are dry on top without enough water( even when agitated )to get them wet. Out of 8 loads that I have done this has happened twice, the second time I used the Max Fill option which was twice the water needed. In the manual that came with the machine they have no suggestions in the trouble shooting section. It isn't the water level sensor isn't working, it is just a poor design and unfortunately there isn't enough info. on how the cycles work. Really wish that sensor could be disabled and the water level determined by cycle.
