We were pretty disappointed with our purchase and the response to our problem._x000D_ After one week of using the machine during the holidays, the closed-lid detector began to malfunction. After a runaround with Sears, where we purchased the washing machine, we were directed to a Frigidaire call line. Instead of offering to replace the broken machine with a brand-new one, the response was to schedule a repair through a company that had poor reviews online. We decided not to repair a broken machine, but to replace it with a new one and that only could be accomplished through Sears by switching to another model. So far, so good with that model.

I love the clear top so you can look inside! overall this washer works very well. one Con: sometimes it seems like it doesn't use enough water for the amount of laundry

Lid lock error after one week. Sears sent out another one and it does the same thing. Every time you select max fill it has a error

I love the machine, I wish the cycles were shorter and I could easily tell how long the cycles were before using them.
