We got this with our new home and are very happy with it! Easy to use and fairly quiet. Tons of wash options and I like knowing the time left for the load. Thanks!

It must have a design flaw. We carefully place the clothes in evenly._x000D_ By the time the opening 12- 15 agitations are done the clothes are all bunched up on one side of the basket. _x000D_ We open it, rearrange to make even again._x000D_ After washing and it starts to rinse, it starts to bang because it is off balance._x000D_ Once again we open, rearrange clothes._x000D_ After rinsing the spin cycle starts and once again it starts banging because it is off balance._x000D_ We are afraid it will not last very long because of the wear and tear on the parts when trying to spin while off balance._x000D_ Short of trading it in for another model we are very disappointed.

We only needed a new dryer but I figured purchasing a new matching washer would be the smarter move, and what an improvement it has worked out to be! The new advancements in technology plus the overall efficiency of the new products is incredible. Switching to a top load washer is the way to go. Since we have many Frigidaire products in our home that are very reliable we decided to go with this combo as well. Did a lot of research as well and chose Frigidaire over the competition.

I love the design and how it has the see through lid. My only concern is the washing time. Sometimes it can take up to an hour to wash and I am just accustomed to 30 to 45 mins tops. But it gets the job done perfectly fine.
