2 Doesn't wash blankets

My husband bought the machine for me. It does a good job at regular laundry but every time I try to wash blankets it goes into the error mode. It is really disturbing!

4 Great Product...BUT

An excellent appliance, but same criticism as I had for the dryer: lack of user control over the settings. While I do appreciate the presets, I want to be able to override the parameters to what I want. You are not able to do this with this washer. Many of the cycles limit the water temperature and/or agitation speed settings too much. Also sometimes we are concerned that this machine uses too little water, and not all the items in the load are properly soaked. There is a "max fill" setting that overrides the preset fill level and fully fills the tub, but alas, it is only available on certain cycles. For these limitations on the end user's control, we are deducting a star. As the user, we should be able to set the machine to whatever combination of fill level, agitation speed, soil level, and water temperature we choose.

1 Don’t work!

I bought the washer and it was delivered February 1, 2019 they sent more then 4 people out to fix a washer that was never used instead of just replacing the item... they preferred to pay them $107 each time to come see what was wrong with the washer... After not using my washer for a month March 23, 2019 someone else came to attempt to fix the washer, he said it was nothing he could do but eventually the washer started working. It’s been two washes later and it’s working now... hopefully this last, so far I love the way it washes my clothes.

4 modernization

I was looking to replace a standard agitator washer that has run its course. The Frigidaire model noted has a smaller footprint but is a little taller (take that into account if shelf or cabinet above the washer). It is much quieter than the classic agitator model it replaced especially on the spin cycles. The one issue is the fabic softener dispenser. If I put more than a 1/4 of a capful in there it will not rinse out and keeps building up eventually causing a viscous goo that clogs up the exit hole on the dispensor. Use a 1/4 cap it seems to like that better

4 Love the washer and the multiple cycles

I love the washer, but there is one problem I cannot resolve. When the fabrics softner dispenses, the cup fills with water that does not drain. I called customer and was told this was normal. I have to use paper towels to soak up water before each wash cycle.

2 Problems already

I bought this washer in January and a part is bad already. The fabric softener is not cycling through. It's also the noisiest washer that I've ever heard!

1 This Washer is AWFUL!!!!

It came with a new house. It looks pretty but it's awful. It has ripped, torn, stretched, and put holes in my clothes. When the machine starts is agitates the cloths dry which results in a tangled mess of clothing. DONT'T BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!!!!!

1 Washer randomly doesn’t work

Purchased this washer brand new in December 2018 and had to place a service call in January after only using it for the second time because the spin cycle wouldn’t work. Had to wait 2 weeks for someone in our area to come look at it. Service repair person couldn’t detect a specific problem, fidgeted with it and it worked again. The same thing happened yesterday, March 31st, the agitator doesn’t work and it won’t spin so I’ve placed another service call. I have followed all operating instructions very carefully, making sure not to overload, etc. Very frustrating given this washer has rarely ever been used because it’s in a second home we own at a lake. Hoping we don’t have to wait another 2 weeks for service and they can either figure out what is wrong with it or replace it with something more reliable.
