Every so often, this unit leaks few ounces, usually at end of spin cycle.....have had Sears techs out 4 times in last few months to "take a swing" at problem....they have replaced bleach reservoir, done various re-positioning and alignment of tubing to no avail.....Last tech tried to pass it off as "water pressure in feed lines too high" . While not buying this I turned down whole house pressure from 65 PSI to around 60....and sure enough unit still leaks ....and takes lot longer to fill ! Service tech appt scheduled for next week, we'll see what his version is !!!

One week out of the one year warranty the solenoid in the water inlet valve fails. The part numbers are difficult to impossible to locate. Very very disappointed.

Purchased 01/14/2019. I noticed the spin cycle when it ends can make a loud noise like metal against metal.

I have washed small loads, bulky loads,delicate loads and regular loads. Everything has come out clean and practically dry. So far this has been a great washer. I didnt give it 5 stars because it is noisy. Would definitely recommend.

This washing machine came brand new with our new build home. It worked out for a few months,we only used natural fabric soap and vinegar and it worked well. Then after a few months the Fabric Softener container started backing up with water. Customer service told me "This is normal". So I dealt with it. Then after 6 months after moving in our clothes start smelling like mildew. I leave my lid open when not running, I remove my laundry promptly and I run the cleaning cycle at least once a month and again if I happen to run a really dirty load. I have tried all their cleaning recommendations. I have run loads of cleaning packets, baking soda, vinegar, bleach, you name it, I've tried it. And still the washer stinks. Service came out today and said there is nothing wrong with it, the water needs to sit in the bottom so the pump doesn't dry out. Yet that means there is stagnant water sitting in there for as long as it takes to do the next load of laundry and there is NO way to drain it so if we are out of town for 2 weeks, we have 2 week old water sitting around. The washing machine itself, does not smell. Our water does not smell. Yet every single load of clothes smells bad. We even tried switching to stronger detergent, Lysol Sanitizing booster, Oxi Clean, Scent boosters, and NOTHING even begins to even cover the smell let alone fix the issue. Our dirty laundry smells better before it is washed than after it comes out of this machine. I had a 1 year old washer of a different brand at our old place and wishing we moved it instead of being stuck with this terrible "un-washing machine". Atter 9 months of owning this machine, Do not waste your money on this machine. It might be cheaper than other options from other brands but you get what you pay for. The repair man told me "Frigidaire makes their products to start breaking in 1-5 years so it probably won't last that much longer anyway"

This washer is a bit high tech for us and had trouble after canceling a cycle. Customer service helped us out. Otherwise satisfied with performance.

Its loud, had to have a gear replaced after 3 months and think it still doesn't run correctly which is why its loud.
