This machine came with my house when I bought it new. When I used it, my clothes came out smelling bad and were not clean. Granted, my clothes are a bit more soiled than the avaerage, but this should mot matter.

During the first load, the machine did not drain. It took 2 weeks to get fixed (another separate issue). Since it was fixed the machine has worked well and I like it. Based on it not even doing one load before crapping out, I am giving it a fair score (average between good and poor).

This washer came with the purchase of my new home. It is so loud , and it shakes when it’s in spin cycle. Also , I can’t wash my clothes without the smell of mildew. I have put it ok clean cycle numerous times ,I have also used cleaners and nothing works. I will never purchase a Frigidaire again

The washer / Dryer came with our DR Horton Home. I have had the same issues that I have been reading about. Machine out of balance, softener dispenser not working, machine leaking etc. This weekend the washer actually OVERFLOWED so apparently a sensor or something does not work! Of course I am now 2 months past my warranty!!! DO NOT BUY This washer!!! BIG MISTAKE

This machine is so loud. It is in the garage but can hear it though the whole house. I have had someone come out twice now to tell me we need to level the machine. They keep telling me they can not do anything because it is an installation problem. We have done everything they have said short of pouring new cement it the garage to accommodate this machine. We only have had this machine for 2 months. Hate it. Would like Frigidaire to replace this product or come pick it up and refund my money.

When the laundry is out in and it tests not for weight it puts all the clothes twisted to one side of machine. Have to stop and put load evenly as soon as water starts to come out or is out of balance
