Horrible agaitator. It does not distribute clothes evenly even when you put them in evenly. Ends up unbalanced every time. I have had this washer for 14 months and it just broke and I came home to a flooded house because it kept filling with water and did not automatically shut off as it should have. The whole drum is off kilter and it makes a horrible noise when washing or spinning.

Unit came included with new construction DR Horton home. After a period of 6 months, it started leaking. Technician informed us that the leak is from a flawed fabric softener dispenser. The technician also told us that cannot be repaired and has seen this problem on the same unit in multiple other households. In order to prevent any leaks, you must NOT use the fabric softener dispenser. We typically like to use fabric softener, so we ended up purchasing the Downey Ball fabric softener dispenser. Everything else with the unit works fine & has other great options; however, i do not think the fabric softener dispensing mechanism should fail within 6 months of use on a new unit. Unsure if it is worth replacing with a new unit if the same issue is likely to occur, unless Frigidaire has come out with some type of replacement recall that i am unaware of.

I brought this washer 8 months ago and the motor went out. I have been waiting 2 months for a repair!! I haven't even been offered a new washer. This is horrible. I will never buy a Frigidare product again. I will make sure to tell friends and family about this brand!

Bought about 1 1/2 ago. Had to have repair twice. Have to watch everything you wash because of off balance problems. Then reading about other thing going wrong is that going to start happening next . Can't afford other washer if it keep cause problems.

I have had this washer for a few months and I am so disappointed. I didn't know not to use the fabric despencer! Had a clog and after a mess of trying to figure out how to get it unclogged and not using it it would still fill wth water. I used both hands and a tiny brush and finely fixed it will never use the despencer again! Today a screw fell out of a pocket ( I must of missed ) I ck all pockets..now the screw is under the agitator ! I have googled an can't find how to remove the darn thing to retrieve the screw! I am so irritated. I don't want to run the washer til I fix this new problem. I would love to have my old washer back it was old school and I couldn't get parts for it anymore.

Needs more attention then necessary._x000D_ Out of balance more times than not._x000D_ Have to stop spin and re-balance load.

I made an excellent purchase although I was hesitant in buying a digital washing machine, it has been a month or so and I am happy with my desition!!!
