Pedestal drawer mechanism breaks easily. Expensive replacement part, $60. Many knock-offs at $15 break just as easily.

I ordered from the Electrolux website and paid for delivery and installation as part of the purchase. After delivery, the washing machine is not level and shakes, and the dryer is now damaged and not level with the washing machine. This is a nightmare to try to fix. Electrolux keeps 'processing' our request, and the delivery/installation company keeps telling us to call Electrolux.
