I am very pleased with the Luxury Glide Pedestal. Bending to remove items from washer and dryer can place a strain on your back and muscles. The pedestals have helped me avoid back issues with unloading and/or hanging items to dry. Moving clothes from washer and dryer is now much easier.

On the Electrolux website for this pedestal it states a 1 yr warranty; on the published insert for install of this same unit, at the bottom it states a 2 YR WARRANTY. When clicking thru on the Electrolux website for this pedestal it takes you to a generalized warranty site that does not include a pedestal. After talking with a supervisor's agent in warranty, they say that regardless of the insert stating a 2 yr warranty, that their website is correct & overrides the printed published insert material thus allowing only 1 yr warranty - something is terribly wrong with their system.

The two men from Electrolux arrived on time on a day when we were getting the faucets for the washer relocated, so we could have room to put the drawers under the matching washer and dryer. It was pretty much chaos, but they were very professional in preparing the drawers, lifting up the machines, affixing them to the washer and dryer and helping the plumbers to locate them properly in a very tiny laundry room. Hooray, they were perfect! Thanks

It doesn't appear that the washer cleans any better than the LG. The drying, while quiet, took a minimum of 75 minutes and things were still damp. I truly expected more._x000D_ The drawer operates easily and smoothly.

This pedestal makes it so much easier to load/unload plus adds good storage space in otherwise wasted space. It shipped quickly and actually arrived over a week earlier than the washer(which I ordered from another retailer). Quick and easy to install with 2 people.

The dryer is quiet but while running the side of the pedestal rattles like a jet taking off. Electrolux customer service was useless and told me to buy and add some dampening material even though pedestal is less than a month old.

I am just so pleased with the Electrolux Customer Rep. that worked with me on my new purchase did such a fantastic job! She helped confirm that the two pedestals I was about to purchase did indeed match the washer/dryer is already had. she even helped my process a discount I was having trouble applying to my new purchase. And she did an excellent job in arranging the delivery and installation of the two pedestals!

Well, the delivery company hired by ElectroLux set a 10:00AM - 2:00PM delivery “window”. The delivery took place at 10:35 PM. Thank goodness for YouTube as a video found there explained NOT to follow ElectroLux instructions. The rear brackets must be set 180 degrees and all the way to the screw holes at the rear of the unit. The front brackets are not tall enough to line up with the holes in the washer, but I was able to drive them up on an angle and they seem to be secure, though certainly not optimal. I bought the washer from Lowe’s. Their team delivered and set up. Lowe’s didn’t seem interested in selling us the pedestal, so we ordered directly from Electrolux. Aside from the poor delivery performance , they wanted nothing to do with installation. I set up ramps, and and a hand truck and recruited two buddies to assist me in getting the washer onto the pedestal successfully. Now that it’s all done the washer appears to be working great. But this was not an enjoyable scenario. Wish Lowe’s & Electrolux would work together to sell and install the entire package.
