It's so nice to have extra storage in the laundry room and these pedestals provide that as well as lift my appliances to the height I need.

I bought this to go with a new Electrolux washer (replacing an existing front loader on a pedestal). This is a sturdy base for a washer that get a lot of use - no worries about shifting or movement from any of the washer cycles. The drawer makes storage of supplies convenient and tidy.

These large units provide plenty of storage and come with a divider to make storing laundry stuff easy and organized. Raising the washer and dryer 15"s helps too.

We bought the pedestals with our washer/dryer (6-series), and love it all. The pedestal works well, and has lots of storage, so we no longer need a shelf above them for supplies, which is good because it would be hard to reach with the bigger machines. The pedestals are simple to use, with one adjustable divider to make the large space a little more manageable. The space is rectangular rather than curved, so there's no wasted space, and we can use smaller boxes inside to organize smaller things. And the drawers slide ope and closed very quietly and smoothly._x000D_ _x000D_ The washer/dryer is especially nice, and so easy to use. I didn't know much about Electrolux before buying this, but the salesman knew the product well, because he also had this set, so he was able to tell us all about how nice they are.

Bought the pedestal to go with our new washer. Main reason in buying it is my mom is a recent amputee, and knew this would help her tremendously

Dadgum drawers in my previous Whirlpool risers were removable. That made it possible to adjust the height of the risers from inside the pedestals and leveling out both the washer and drier were easy. BUT, Electorlux design engineers took the cheap route. The drawers in these pedestals are not removable and to get both the washer and drier to the same height requires a return service call where both appliances will have to be moved to a level area, placed side by side, leveled out, and then placed back in the laundry room. Now, if the installers had been experienced, on the ball, and paying attention to such details, this would not be necessary. HOWEVER, good help is hard to find these days. OF COURSE, IF THE DADGUM DRAWERS WERE REMOVABLE, THEN I COULD LEVEL BOTH APPLIANCES!
