The pedestal is missing the inside divider. I called customer service many times and they only transfer me around. I tried to chat and I don't get connect me to an agent. I need the divider. 0 stars, customer service don't even tried to help me.

These pedestals have been a great addition to our washer and dryer set. The extra height that they provide makes loading and unloading a lot more comfortable. The spacious drawers are a big plus, offering plenty of room to store all of our laundry essentials and cleaning supplies. The smooth glide mechanism makes accessing the storage a breeze and they elevate the aesthetic of our laundry room. The pedestal elevated our new washer and dryer, making loading and unloading so much easier. The spacious storage drawer underneath is perfect for keeping all of our laundry essentials and cleaning supplies organized and within reach. The glide is smooth so opening and closing the drawer is a breeze. It’s a practical upgrade that adds both convenience and much needed extra storage to our laundry room, making laundry related chores just a bit more enjoyable.

Just got these with our brand new washer/dryer set a week ago, and I am so happy with them. Prior to this, we had a top loading washer/dryer combo, and before that, we've always had them stacked. The extra space is nice, but as someone who is 6'2", the fact that it's so high off the ground really makes my life so much easier, and doing laundry is a lot more ergonomic for me now ?

Bring back the old pedestal design!!!!! I loved the spring loaded opening and the dividers inside to hold things in place. This new design is cheap and so very disappointing for the $$$.
