1 Nothing you want here

Makes a nice box to plant flowers in; would not recommend for actually washing dishes.

1 About to replace after 16 months...

Our builder installed this dishwasher. I would not recommend anyone buying this dishwasher for their home. At about 11 months, we had to wash our dishes twice to get them clean (after rinsing dishes prior to running them through the dishwasher). Now the dishwasher will not complete a cycle.

1 Would Rather Wash Dishes by Hand!

Our builder installed this unit. After only 13 months it stopped putting water into the wash and we have wasted numerous pods trying to figure out why our dishes weren't clean. Trying to contact customer service has been a large fiasco. You have to drill down to so many menu on their phone tree only to learn you will be on hold forever. Very disappointing in this product.

2 Builder, installed

Yes, I've only been in my new home two months, but the first month --just gave up on trying to turn it on --I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and to use my fingers or my thumb on unit...is very painFUL! You have to use some force to get this going and I've only used it several times because it does have an Oder when not in use! Should I pour some bleach inside when It is not going to be used for a week or so?

2 I like the features

Bought this 2 weeks ago, and I can't get it to start, so I am highly upset that it needs repaired already.

2 Wiring problem

I bought about 18 months ago, worked fine until a few weeks ago and all the sudden it wasn’t running right, repair guy came out and it ends up being a wiring issue on the pump I guess, so now every time I run my dishwasher I generally have to reach under and jiggle this little connection on the wiring harness

1 Bad Water pump seal design

I had this dishwasher at my cottage where it only received periodic use. After about 20 cycles, it started to leak between the pump seal and the dishwasher bottom plate. When I took it apart, there are 2 O-rings that seal between the pump and the housing. I replaced the 2 O-rings ($50.00 each !!!) only to find that the dishwasher continues to leak. The issue is that the housing the pump fits into is made of plastic. It doesn't maintain its rigidity and thus the o-rings can't seal against it. I have since thrown the dishwasher out. I believe that Frigidare uses this same pump seal design on all their dishwashers - for that reason I would not recommend any of them. _x000D_ Also, their parts pricing is crazy - the 2 O-ring replacement cost me $100.00. From what I have seen from other manufacturers, they should be in the $10.00 range - about $20.00 for the pair.
