Before we even ran it we noticed the door is incredibly stiff. The sliders for the top drawer are rubbing against something and there's plastic shavings everywhere. It's super loud. I think the seal is bad. It feels and smells steamy in the room when it's running. Hopefully this one doesn't light on fire like our last machine. Keep it up, fellas.

Purchased this dishwasher, installed it and no go. Technician says motor is seized. Very disappointed with Frigidaire.

it worked ok before, but it no longer works after barely 1 year of normal use and the broken piece is practically the half of the price of the product.

I bought this a couple of months ago. Even clean dishes come out with food particles attached. The wands get clogged and don't spray well. I realize it is a basic model but even the cheapest diswaher should wash dishes.

Brand new dishwasher came with our new construction home purchase. I've never had a dishwasher that smelled and was constantly damp. The smell was horrible from 1st use and looms in the kitchen. The water never dries on the sides and bottom of the inside of the dishwasher.

This is a very badly designed machine, and I wish I had gone to a store to touch machines before buying (I purchased online). Buttons are difficult to press; they're under the flush surface, not really buttons at all. Indicator lights are confusing; you have to press things in a certain order or they won't work. (The manual is no help at all.) No stop or pause control; you're supposed to press and hold the start button but it's not clear when and if it's working; you can open the machine and it will keep right on running; no safety control. (My old machine had a lever to control the door latch; if you opened it, the machine immediately stopped running. Simple.) No controls for door latch; no release, you just pull -- but the second time I ran the machine the latch jammed. A little YouTube research revealed this is a common problem; it's relatively easy to remove the door panel and pop the latch back into place -- but who wants to have to do that every time you run the machine? The other option is to stand in front of it and hold the door shut, but that gets old pretty quick. I wish I would send it back and buy a Whirlpool or GE instead. (My old machine was a GE; worked just fine for 21 years, never needed servicing! Chose Frigidaire this time because of the price. Big mistake. Lesson learned: you get what you pay for.)

If I could give this dishwasher less than 1 star, I would. This dishwasher is absolutely pathetic and useless. Nearly every single cycle, the dishwasher pod remains completely undisolved as if it wasn’t even ran. It doesn’t matter if I rinse and scrub the dishes prior to wash, which I usually do, they still come out filthy and disgusting. _x000D_ _x000D_ DO NOT waste your money on this pile of junk. You literally could not pay me to put this dishwasher in my house again.

Furchased this in May of 2021 and I'm already having issues in January of 2022. Dishwasher will not drain and despite many attempts to register my product on the website it will not accept. _x000D_ Loved my Frigidaire stove so much I had high hopes for this dishwasher to last but...

The functions are very basic and you need to push the buttons really hard to change the settings. It is very loud and does not dry well. After each wash, there is a pool pf water that remains at the bottom. We ad had a plumber come and check out all the drain pipes and to make sure it was installed correctly. The problem was with the dishwasher. Then the dishwasher stopped draining water after 2 months. Do not buy this product!
