Used the machine only twice and so far has worked just fine. With a heavily loaded machine, the dishes come out spotless.

Had my dish washer for less then a year and the door latch broke . then the same day the circulation pump broke aswell !_x000D_ _x000D_ called technical support and had to go through 8 customer service agents before I could even get any info on repairs ! Took over 4 days to get this process completed then Found out my dishwasher was out of the warranty and was going to cost 389$ plus tax to get it fixed !_x000D_ _x000D_ Almost the same price and a brand new dishwasher!

Bought this few months ago. The bottom rod broke down during normal operation. Customer service could never be reached. There's just a customer service phone which is never picked up. Frustrating. No email. We had to hire an independent plumber and get it fixed. Will never buy frigidaire!!!!!

My dishes are mostly not heavily soiled. Have been searching for model with this option to save energy. Works great!

It does the job but the quality has definitely gone down. I bought the same model for my daughter back in 2017 and the 2022 model doesn’t even compare to it. The utensil holder if half the size and the surface area seems smaller. I can’t fit as many dishes as my daughters. Definitely use a rinse aid , the sample bottle it came with ran out and didn’t have any more. And there was spots over everything. I’m disappointed I thought it would improve over the years not decline in quality. My daughters dishwasher is still working great after 5 years
