My husband and I bought this oven two weeks ago. The first time we used it, the cooktop kept shutting down for no reason after a random period, between one second and twelve minutes. We called the retailer and the company Frigidaire. We have been struggling for the past two weeks to make it fix or change it. We are a family of four and we cannot rely on our brand new oven to cook, paid more than 2000$. The service is a big zero. We, the customers, have to call and call again, but no clear action has been taken yet from the company. The next step is legal remedies.

I bought this new oven a month ago and I love it. The only thing that I needed to get used to is the touchpad.

Not impressed with warranty. I did a 2 hour oven self clean within a month of buying the stove and the finish came off the floor of the oven. I contacted “Electrolux” who informed me that the warranty is only good for the first week. I don’t imagine many people run a self clean program within a week of purchasing a new stove..

I purchased this product in December 2023. I thought Frgidaire gallery was a reliable and better quality product._x000D_ My disappointments:_x000D_ The cooking surface is extremely sensitive...it scratches very easily even with the most care possible._x000D_ The bottom of the oven changed its appearance after an initial cleaning without any abrasives._x000D_ To add insult to injury, having escaped a small quantity of broth following cooking a chicken, the broth seeped between the two panes of glass. The base covering the quick does not adhere well to the glass. A space of about a quarter of an inch separates the sheet metal covering from the glass._x000D_ _x000D_ I do not recommend this cooker due to manufacturing defects and cooking surface with inadequate equipment._x000D_ And to think I thought Frigidaire Gallery was a good brand. Sorry but Frigidaire Gallery missed their product.

I bought this stove a month ago. The stove top keeps shutting off randomly and then I struggle to turn it on. It starts beeping and then shuts off. I am unsure why. I happened once and I called in. They were of no help. It has done it 4 more times since and there is no rhyme or reason for it. I have tried googling and watching YouTube videos to see what is causing it and I have had no luck. Customer service was no help either

J'ai acheté ce produit il y a 9 mois et ça fait 7 mois que je me débats pour le respect de la garanti. Les fonctions à convection ne fonctionnent pas. 7 mois de recettes ratées.

I have been using my new Range for 2 months. I'm mostly happy with it. It does beep at me whenever I lean over it to get into cabinets. It has only turned off once due to water touching the controls. The airfryer works very well, and the oven overall heats up very quickly. My one issue has been the 'bridge' feature. It is easy to operate, but the heat is not consistent. Basically, there is less heat between the two burners in the middle space. It is fine for frying or heating up water; however, cooking pancakes/arepas/fry breads come up inconsistently. Those in the middle don't brown as well as those on the sides. Overall though a good purchase.

This induction range stove has stopped working completely. It won’t even turn on. Haven’t been able to cook food for my family on it for months. Fridigaire customer service is horrible and haven’t fixed the issue. They’ve sent someone out 4 times to try to fix it but it has only gotten worse. I would never buy another appliance from them again.

J’ai acheté en 2021, très bon poële. Par-contre, vous aurez à changer le panneau de contrôle à quelques reprises.(700$ au total) Aussitôt qu’on ouvre la porte du four lorsque le four est à broil, ça brûle les cartes électroniques à l'intérieur du panneau avant. Donc, on n’ouvre plus jamais la porte à broil, et on est chanceux jusqu’à maintenant.

Truly the worst product I could ever imagine, and the customer service is atrocious. We purchased a defective model (or maybe they're all like this?) where the stove top turns off every 30 -60 seconds and sometimes blacks out for 15-20 minutes. We've called customer service NUMEROUS times and they have been completely useless and unwilling to admit any fault of their own. They've sent a repair person over 6 times and have replaced multiple parts and it continues to not work and they refuse to send us a new model. This has been going on for months. I can't rate this oven bad enough and the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO FRIGIDAIRE.
