Great stove until (10 months old) it arced and stunk the house up o a Friday evening. Impossible to contact for warranty service until Monday, now we wait 2 more days? Brutal.

I bought this product 10 weeks ago. It worked for 6 weeks and has been broken since. We have been waiting for the part needed to fix it for a month. Still waiting.

Le ventilateur fonctionne de façon intermittente quelque soit la commande : convection, conventionnel, air fryer... donc, le four ne tient pas sa température. J'ai fait plusieurs appels, le service à la clientèle est nul, on me dit qu'on ne peut rien faire. J'ai perdu tout plaisir de cuisiner avec cette cuisinière. Plus jamais du Frigidaire

I bought this model in Nov. 2024, exchanged it is Dec. 2024 due to some missing screws in the heat shield above the storage drawer. Christmas 2024 was my first time cooking a turkey. The racks can't handle the weight of a 20lb turkey. No matter which rack I used, it warped enough to slip out of its grooves, scratched the interior of the oven and damaged the finish. The racks need to be stronger and less flimsy.
