Needed a new microwave in a pinch and did a fair bit of online research. So glad we chose this one. We’ve only used the sensor cook feature a few times and it does an excellent job of evenly thawing and warming frozen food, though it stops before the food is truly hot. Love the 10 second feature. Would definitely recommend.

Works great and it’s quiet! My husband John manages to leave a few smudges on it even though it’s smudge free! And it knows when the popcorn is done without burning it!

I bought and received the microwave over 30 days before our house renovations were complete so the first time to use it would not heat anything and we had to go through the warranty to get a technician out to the country twice to get it fixed. We now have to wait for help to put back up above the stove.

I've had this microwave for about three weeks now, and it is working perfectly fine. However, the "Frigidaire Gallery" logo/sticker on the front door is crooked, and it ruins my experience every time I look at the microwave. I don't understand how such a simple procedure could be botched, or be allowed to pass inspection, considering that many people (like me) spend a lot of time selecting a microwave model based not only on reviews, but also on design/aesthetics before making a purchase. I really looked forward to enjoying the sight of a beautiful new microwave above my stove for many years to come, but now I cannot get past the sight of the crooked "Frigidaire Gallery" logo/sticker someone carelessly applied to the front of the appliance. I cannot emphasize more how important it is to apply a logo properly on an 'upscale' product to instil confidence, pride and loyalty in a brand. Imagine receiving a long-awaited brand-new BMW, and discovering that the logo on the steering wheel is crooked? Or seeing a slightly tilted "MacBook Pro" wordmark underneath the screen of a brand-new Apple laptop? Such examples invoke words like incompetence and sloppiness. The Frigidaire Gallery GMOS1962AF over-the-range microwave is a beautiful kitchen appliance, but something as small as a botched logo application (that should always be done properly) will remind me every day how someone (or some segment) at Frigidaire does not care about my user experience.

Recently bought this microwave to go with my brand new Frigidare Gallery Induction oven. It has many more features than my old microwave. I especially love the sensor. It cooks and reheats almost perfectly so much better than any microwave I had before that I bought it.

I bought this Frigidaire microwave about a month ago to replace our broken Whirlpool unit. It looks fabulous and is durable. Love the bright stove top lighting, powerfull 3 stage exhaust, large capacity interior a d simple to use touch pad. Highly recommend this unit.

Very nice microwave, easy to use control panel, no clutter, however the Frigidaire decal is at an angle.

This microwave / fan works Great, the 3 speeds on the blower are very powerful and Quiet._x000D_ The microwave works Great and the lights are very bright.
