I have had this unit for just over a month and already the door has started to sag._x000D_ I contacted the store I purchased it from and they sent a service tech to address the problem._x000D_ He bent the hinges so the door now fits the way it should._x000D_ Not exactly a long term fix._x000D_ He said that they have had problems with this model and this seems to be a common problem. He also claims that this particular model does not have enough structural support which causes the whole unit to sag over time.

Open box unit with missing hardware, owners Manuel, template, filters and mounting screws. Plus dents on the hinge side of the door.

Really enjoy the large interior of the microwave. Much better than my previous microwave. And the little things like the brightness of the light. Very pleased with this item.

I replaced this with my 10 yr old LG over the range and so far I am satisfied with the performance, I liked bright led light, it is quieter and fan with 400 cfm. Not difficult to install._x000D_ Having high hope to last long.

Great , very quiet , handle is superb. Easy enough to install. Replaced a Panasonic that was so difficult to use and the latch broke within a year was fixed under warranty and then broke again in 2 months! Very pleased with my Frigidaire

I bought this microwave as a replacement for a 15 year old unit of the same brand that finally died. This unit fits the space perfectly and I was able to use the old wall bracket, saving a lot of work._x000D_ _x000D_ What I like about it:_x000D_ - Dimensions_x000D_ - Control panel_x000D_ - Overall looks_x000D_ _x000D_ What I don't like about it:_x000D_ - Cold white LED lights (warm replacement lights cost CAD $100 which I had to order from the US)_x000D_ - Very loud fan (even at low speeds)_x000D_ - Tight door locking mechanism_x000D_ _x000D_ If you have to replace an old Frigidaire unit, this is probably the best option.

Great for reheating, and cooking veggies but over complicated to defrost bread. Can they not keep the defrost simple? For example, put the bread in close the door hit defrost hit 1 minute done. But no it asks is it meat, chicken or fish and how much does it weigh? Frustrating

This was a replacement for us, we previously had the exact same brand/model that was working fine after almost 13 years. We hope this new one works as well for that long too!

We bought this microwave to replace our old one. Always choose Fridgedaire because we love the brand. Good quality. Nice features and great customer service. Cannot complain about them at all. Every appliance we have is through fridgadaire
