Bought for extra freezer storage in my garage. Works great, no problem in the Texas heat. Garage is 110 deg F consistently and no problems with staying cold. Nice open interior Allows use of entire volume.

just received this freezer after waiting 3 months for its delivery. Exterior is sleek and appealing, This unit is taller and not as wide as my older unit even though the cubic feet are equal. Having an alarm and green LED light are really cool features. The only con is the adjusting shelves are labeled metallic and I assumed they were stainless steel. I will see how this metallic composition will endure.

Ordered from Lowes at the beginning of Covid-19 whilst all businesses were shut down due to lock down. Was promised to have it during week of July 4th and to my surprise it came in as promised!_x000D_ _x000D_ Received it in original box (I picked the unit up at Lowes) and the box was in mint condition. Am happy to report that the unit itself was likewise in mint condition upon my unboxing of it._x000D_ _x000D_ It is amazingly quiet when running. It only took about 1.5 hours to get down to -10 F degrees on that very hot summer day. Was cautiously stocking it full over time but now that I've had it for 1.5 months I am very confident it will remain functional for the long term so I have it completely stocked now._x000D_ _x000D_ The inside lighting is fantastic and looks so wonderfully cold and bright when the door is opened! Temperature distribution is spot on from top to bottom as I have measured it with several thermometers._x000D_ _x000D_ The wire racks are exactly what I wanted. They fit perfectly, are easy to reposition and they are sturdy. The bottom bin is seemingly larger once items are placed into it. _x000D_ _x000D_ The thermostat is on the back wall and is very easy to reach but once the temperature is set there really is no need to access it._x000D_ _x000D_ I wanted a unit with a reversible door which this has. Follow the directions for reversing the door in the user manual exactly as they are written and you will find this task to be very simple. _x000D_ _x000D_ There is no handle on the front - another feature that I like - instead there is a large slot on each edge of the door for opening. The door seals tight so after a some weight (food) was inside the unit it was easier to open but until then I would hold the unit on side to open the door._x000D_ _x000D_ So, should you be wondering about the quality and build of this unit rest assured you will be pleased. All of my appliances are Frigidaire and aged about 13 to 15 years now. Not once have I had any issues or breakdowns. _x000D_ _x000D_ I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Frigidaire - you are the "coolest" !!

I love this freezer. We needed additional freezer storage and this freezer suits perfectly. Our kitchen refrigerator has a freezer drawer and I am never able to find anything. Our new Frigidaire freezer has been so easy easy to organize. I can always find exactly what I'm looking for. Thank you for the simple and effective design.

Bought this freezer to replace a 20+ year old one that finally gave up the ghost. It is the same size as the old one and seems to have more room inside, has one more shelf and an extra shelf on the door. Overall it seems to have more room than the old model. The door seals like a vault. Having for a month now, we are happy with it.

I bought this freezer about a month ago to upgrade from a 5 cu ft. chest freezer. I love the amount of space and the adjustable shelves. It has worked great so far.
