This is a very nice unit. Very easy to set up and get running. It is extremely quiet. I really like the bright green indicator light that shows that it is functioning.

This new Frigidaire freezer fits nicely into our garage, keeps the food at a perfect temperature and has a very nice layout inside (not to mention, a lot of flexibility in where you can move the various racks and drawers). Additionally, it was a great value compared to many other units on the market that we reviewed.

We have owned this freezer for 3 months and so far so good. The access of having an upright freezer is very user friendly.

I bought this item in Nov 2019 and last three months I tried to contact Frigidaire on the shelves problems and have not gotten a respond from Frigidaire. _x000D_ It looks like the molded shelf brackets are too small or too short, the shelf does not stay secure and keeps falling down. Basically I can't use 1 whole shelf because it keeps falling down. It looks like what the manufacturing built is defected and that the mold was too small. Frigidaire told me this is a cosmetic problem and they won't do anything.When I bought the fridge, I was told it was a one year warranty, but when I called them, they told me that they changed it to a three month warranty. My problem is that they didn't honor the warranty at the time I bought the fridge (the one year warranty) and decided to change all items to a three month warranty without contacting people about this change. _x000D_ Really sad.

We’ve had the freezer for a little over a month now. Very quiet and love the shelving and door basket configuration. Much roomier than are old unit. Green “on” light is projected on the floor is very convenient and easy to see when entering the room. Would be a 5 but does put out noticeably more heat than unit we replaced.

We replaced a small chest freezer with this, and are so happy we did. We’ve had other Frigidaire products, so knew the quality was assured. Has the features we wanted and the size we needed. Highly recommend

This freezer replaced a 16 yr old Frigidaire that I loved. I have had the freezer for 4 weeks and already had an incident that required throwing the entire contents of food in the garbage. The door does not close like a typical appliance door, it requires you to ensure the door is closed tightly every time the door is closed. The freezer is level and adjustments to the door do not alleviate the problem. I cannot recommend this model due to the fact that the risk of leaving the door open accidently is relatively high. There is an alarm on the door however it does not sound quickly enough to alert you before leaving the area. Also, typically freezers are located in an area away from the general living area (i.e., garage, basement) of hearing distance for the alarm.

We bought this freezer to replace a nineteen year old freezer that came with the house we purchased that just up and died. It is much more efficient than what we had .Also like the light feature that tells us it is working

I'm so happy to get my new Frigidaire Frostfree Freezer! It has giant capacity for me. I love that it has an alarm if it gets too warm or the door is left ajar. My peace of mind that my food is safe is worth a lot!
