We bought the white Freezer and Fridge separately and made it into a side by side to replace our stainless set. I didn't think I would like the white colour but it looks good in our kitchen. So far the appliances are working great. No noises. We just wish there storage options for the bottom. We will have to look for accessory options.

We bought the freezer about a month ago. We have plenty of room to store and organize food for the whole family. We love the extra features like the door ajar alarm and the blast chill option.

I bought this freezer from Bricks in June and it was delivered and installed fine. It was working all well until September when my goods were not freezing anymore. I called the seller and was told to call the manufacturer as there is a warranty liable on them for a year. The manufacturer(Electrolux) sent a technician who installed a heater that was never in the freezer in the first place (maybe manufacturer’s mistake). Fast forward November I am having this same issue. Unfortunately I have to trash lots of my food in the freezer and the sad thing is that the manufacturer says they will keep repairing until the technician tells them the freezer is beyond repairs. So the appliance cannot be replaced. What have I done to deserve this helpless situation? I walked into a store to buy an appliance for my needs instead I am paying for the mistakes of the manufacturer. I feel so helpless. All they do is send a number to call with a generic response. Very bad customer service!!
