This is now my third upright freezer from Frigidaire, I still have a 13cu.ft. that is working perfect after all these years I have had it. The 20 Cu.Ft. is to repalce the 17Cu.Ft. that did not last as long, as I thought it should. I will now sell the 13Cu.Ft. and everything will go in the new one.

we bought this freezer as our current one is not frost free and is over 25 years old .. it is our "back up" for now and when our old one stops working we are in good shape.

My only request would be that the basket at tue bottom had a higher side on the front.

I bought the freezer 1 month ago and am very happy with it. I bought the freezer or the safety features ( self closing door, alarm when temperature raises) and I am very pleased with how easy it is to distribute the food on shelves and reach it as needed

We upgraded our apartment sized freezer to this upright freezer and Frigidaire has done an amazing job with the amount of space inside of it. Everything is now perfectly organized making our lives much easier. Love it!
