Our new freezer is amazing!!!! From the style, shelves and general overall storage in the door is awesome. For me to be so excited for a freezer especially a standup one is incredible. I couldn’t be happier with our purchase and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good deal.

We were a little hesitant to try an upright freezer as we felt like we were giving up overall capacity as our last freezer was a large chest style. It has made a huge difference to be able to see everything in the freezer with one look. So far we are very much enjoying it and think we will be much better and not wasting food that ends up getting freezer burnt from sitting at the bottom of the freezer.

We have had this freezer for just over a year. At approximately the 11 month mark, our freezer alarmed that the temperature was high, and food was starting to thaw. I quickly took everything out and it took DAYS for it to get back down to the appropriate temperature. I called customer service, and they installed a heater unit over the fan, because apparently the fan has been known to freeze, and then the cold air no longer circulates. Got the heater installed, and now 2 months later, the whole freezer malfunctioned again, but no warning alarm. So much meat ruined. Do not buy this unit.

I brought this a month ago to replace another fridgaire stand up freezer that was getting old and to small. This one is nicer and bigger and holds a lot more food.

The upright freezer from Frigidaire is a great product. _x000D_ Before buying it, I did my research and found it the most satisfied appliance for the customers who bought it, so I decided to buy it._x000D_ And actually it is the best._x000D_ Excellent quality, great freezing, and good size._x000D_ I strongly recommend this product .

We love our new freezer. Il holds all of our food. As it is weel dseigned, we are able to see the content. Our old freezer was not designed theis way and and found that we lost food with freezer burn because ti styerd years where we couldn't see it. _x000D_ I do appreciate that is energy star rated.
