The stove and oven work very well but the storage drawer is poorly built. The storage drawer rails are attached by 3 spot welds that appear to not be able to hold much if any weight (e.g. cast iron frying/grilling pans). I didn't get to test the drawer in our new range as it didn't make it past install. After the drawer was removed to level the range the righthand rail fell off. Now I'm left waiting for a Frigidaire contracted service provided to come out to "fix" the range.

This is my second model. I ended up returning the first one (extreme lag, it would randomly shut off). After doing a lot of research, I settled on this one again. It was mostly okay. The stove top clicks in one section when you press on it, but it works. This past week, the oven panel started to lag like the last one. I attempt to put on the timer, but its not responding as it should. I go to use it this morning and now the child lock will not come off due to this problem. Ill have to "reset" it by pulling the breaker and cutting power off to it. I don't believe I should have to do this to my stove/oven to make it work.

bought this 'top of Frigidaire line' oven in July. First range delivered was defective with oven temp knob that spun freely (no resistance) and you couldn't set a temperature. Immediately returned and got a replacement range. Over the next few months the 'hot surface' light seems to be staying on longer and longer and now stays on overnight when stovetop is not in use for 12+ hours (no oven use either). - Called service, they come and tighten all connections, doesn't fix it. - Service comes back and installs two new circuit boards.... doesn't fix it. Technician reaches out to Frigidaire who suggest another part however don't know part number as not listed. have to wait for sr technician to get back. - I go to use oven the next day, beeps three times and shows error code F16. unplugged oven for a 10 minute reset as that is what is suggested, issue persists, Internet is saying control board malfunction - update my ticket with technician on this new 2nd problem and that the oven is non-functional (stovetop still works) - they are now sending technician back (THIRD time), no parts, to 'see what the issue is' (i.e. what is the point? i have the error code photo, and i did the only troubleshooting you can do, seems like a wasted visit / more time for me to wait for repair) all of this on a 5 MONTH OLD range AND I now don't have a working oven now for Christmas Turkey where I was hosting family. At this point I would just like it returned / refunded. 2nd range...5 months... doesn't speak well for the brand or durability :(

I don't believe that you can truly review a product until you have used it for a while and I have been using this product for 5 months and wish now that I had made a different choice. This is a high quality product - no question and the convection oven is fantastic. I previously had a gas appliance and I'm very happy to switch to induction, but I am just so frustrated with the induction cooktop because of the digital touch feature. This was new to me so you don't know what you don't know and I should have chosen a model with the buttons on the front vs the digital touch feature on the top. This digital touch reduces your cooktop work space VERY significantly. You cannot have any pots overlap the line or the whole unit shuts down. Tonight I tried to cook with three reasonably sized pots and pans and just managed to cook my meal but every time my frying pan shifted a bit in front of the line, the whole unit shuts down. If your fingers are slightly wet, the digital display won't work. And if you are using the stove top and want to pull a cookie sheet out to do a quick stir and rest it on the front third of the cooktop - it screams at you and shuts down. For reference, my previous stove was a Frigidaire Professional Gas stove that I had for 18 years and I loved it so much that I wanted the same one again with induction. I would recommend this product but just choose a model with the knobs on the front.

J’ai acheté ce four à induction le 24 décembre 2024. Bon appareil, mais la conception des rails dû tiroirs me semble le point faible. Un des rails qui est rivé au côté était brisé car le rail lui-même s’est détaché du tiroir pendant le transport._x000D_ _x000D_ De vrai rivets au lieu de soudure seraient probablement plus solide.

I wish I’d gotten a model that has knob controls instead of touch panel for the stove top. The writing on the oven knobs isn’t as dark as/ easy to see as I’d like. I miss having a warming drawer. Best features are that the “burner” areas are large and still work with a smaller pan. The true convection is a DREAM!! I cooked a turkey, ham, and cabbage rolls all at the same time. I would have liked a flat rack instead of a basket indent for the air fryer basket for times I don’t use the air fryer feature.

The range looks so sleek and contemporary, we're loving the induction cook top. We've had it since just after Christmas. Still learning how to use all the convection oven features, but banana breads have never been better and cripsy chicken wings with the air fry feature.
