The entire cooktop is touch screen, within a month of gentle use the screen doesn’t turn on, rendering it useless. Tried all the troubleshooting, but extremely disappointed, especially from their professional line.

I bought this product from Costco in 2024, returned first 2 sue to defective/non functional, 3rd on needed repair within 2 months. Timer is hard to control, if anything splashes or touches stove top controls you have to power off. Only one big element. The stovetop controls are not very responsive. Once warranty is up I will shop for a new stove and a different brand. The good: can use any induction top cookware without issues (reason I bought)

We are very pleased with the 30" induction Range. The features make it easy to use. It looks great and the induction makes for the best cooking! The boost feature on the stove works fantastic. I would recommend if you are looking to upgrade.

We love, love, love out stove. The induction function is instant heat. The temperature management is great. Still figuring out all of the functions but the over is great too. I was initially worried about the stove top controls being fussy but they are great. There is a hum when you use the stove top but not loud or annoying by any means. Very sleek and stylish.

Have had the stove for about 8 months now. Have had to reboot the stove twice because the stove top wouldn't start.
