We had our last Electrolux front load for 12 and a half years. It was still working but starting to have some issues here and there. My husband set up a repair appointment but I called our appliance dealer first to price a replacement. He told us that at over 12 years parts could be difficult to find. Boy am I glad I listened and asked for the name washer dryer that lasted us 12. years with 3 children and two homes. The new model is amazing. New options. I am glad that the salesman recommended the pedestal. It helps my back issues because I don't have to bend over to use the washer or dryer. It also keeps the wash room clean with storage underneath. It was interesting that the two salmon I spoke with both had this same model in their own home! So happy we purchased this!

Incredibly quiet, super efficient and has all of the settings needed for any type of cleaning that's needed. It also has a great capacity so you can do larger items and larger loads. I did a lot of research before my purchase and highly recommend this series of washing machine and dryer.

Last washer, top of the line Electrolux IQ series stopped spinning as it should. Disappointed, that it had to be replaced as it was still fairly new (7 years old). My hope is that this one lasts longer. It does as it’s advertised.

This washer capacity is huge! We love the pods feature for an easier detergent use and our clothes come out great every time. The button are satisfyingly easy to use, not like other brands where you have to almost hammer them to get them to work. Very excited for this washer and to try out all the other features!

My son purchase this washer and it damage his clothes, the drum is defected and will snage your all your clothes even the replacement pair was defective_x000D_ Buyer beware

Bought this to replace my rather cantankerous Samsung 4.5CuFt front-load and despite knowing that I'm going from a direct drive to a belt drive..._x000D_ _x000D_ ... Sometimes, old-fashioned like the Electrolux works.

We had a previous kenmore front loader for over a decade and when it fell apart we were stricken with dread to find another solid performing unit. We read lots of reviews and looked at things in person. The cleaning abilities of the Electrolux seemed different. Upon getting the unit we discovered that we were able to get our whites even wighter than we expected. Quiet and sturdy unit. Barely know it’s even working until you hear the beep beep beep that it’s over. Pre-mixing the detergent or pods is a huge benefit. Having a light inside the washer is a new feature I had never seen before as well as the ability to prevent the door from closing if you’d like. The fastest wash cycle is amazing as well as the realm of other cycles. Very happy with our purchase and look forward to years of use.
