I needed a new washer did you get that needed not wanted. Big difference. So I had certain things in mind I wanted it to have. Lots of bells and whistles. I’m retired so I wanted it to be my last machine purchase. My first request was MADE IN AMERICA. Second easy to operate and lastly clean my clothes.not that big of a request is it. This machine does it all and I love it. What more is there to say?

While the washers are great quality and efficiency (it's our second set of them), the customer service and delivery crew are truly awful. The website is buggy, delivery windows were not honored and changed with little to no notice often, and customer service doesn't seem to exist or just don't care about responding to my needs. Delivery crew said "I've never installed this and know nothing about it", and when a feature didnt seem to work, he said i can leave you my managers number and just left. Maybe buy these through an approved dealer

You put clothes into it. It washes them. What more could you want from a $1000+ machine. I've thrown straight car grease into this washer on my work clothes, (because I'm a mechanic and I like to get dirty on the job) and those work uniforms come out spotless. Have to use the clean washer features every couple of loads to get this baby smelling right again. I would buy more if I had the room for all my work buddies that don't have this brand of washer in their home. Buy it, its awesome.

I'm impressed with the cleaning power this washer has. I've owned an older Electrolux and thought my clothes were being cleaned until I washed them in this washer. My whites are whiter and brighter as well as my darks, they are cleaner and less dull and they smell overall clean.

I love our new front load washing machine ! It gets the clothes so clean and takes less time to do so_x000D_ ! It is easy to use and looks amazing !

I’m just getting used to all of the features. I’ve had no problem so far. It is a very nice looking washer. I love the washer and dryer being on pedestals.

Best front loading washer I ever used. Clothes come out cleaner, uses less water and soap. So economical. So very happy we chose the Elecrolux.
