I bought this 2years ago and after 6 months it smells musty, I call the seller where I bought it and he said that there nothing he can do about it I should contact the company" I can't stand that smell anymore, there's water in the washer and the place to put the fabric softener stay full of water. The seller told me he had the same set and that's normal. I don't think so and it not healthy smelling that all day long.

Could someone please tell me why it takes so long to do a load of wash? This not the first washer we have ever bought but definitely the one that I regret the most . Wish I would have read these reviews before I made this purchase. How can this be environmentally friendly ?

I think a suitable punishment for whoever designed this machine would be to force them to use only this machine to wash their laundry for the rest of their life. Sure it has all the sorts of features you would typically want and the machine has continued to operate consistently without breaking down for almost a year now. However, there is one big problem with this machine that makes me regret purchasing it. The machine is supposed to add just the right amount of water based on "sensing" the load. Problem is a magic 8 ball would probably be more accurate than this feature. It almost never adds enough water. When I started using the machine, I would have loads that would have bone dry clothing at the end of the wash cycle. Thus, you can never just put in a load, start the machine and walk away until it's done. You have to come back when it's done adding water to see if there's actually enough water to run the wash cycle; and there only is enough water to come anywhere close to enough about 5% of the time. This problem would be bad enough, but there is no button or feature to have the machine add water. This means that for pretty much every load you have to manually interrupt the cycle, then carry water by hand to pour into the machine until there's enough (usually 15-30 litres, so not just a couple of pitchers full). And of course if the wash water level is way off, you know the rinse level is going to be the same, so keep an eye on it until it reaches rinse and then manually add water again._x000D_ I have found that if after adding the clothes you pour in about 4-6 litres of water on top of the clothing this weighs them down enough that the sensor will call for enough water about 70% of the time. This is still a hassle as I still have to watch every load to make sure there's enough water, but I'm only adding by hand a little less than a third of the time, and now only 10-15 litres._x000D_ I suppose if your only other option is to take your laundry down to the river with a washboard and some lye soap you might consider this machine, but otherwise I would recommend you purchase something/anything else.

This is the worst washing machine I have owned in my 50 years of buying washing machines. It does wash good, but when it comes time for it to drain and spin the machine stops and the error button comes on. I rearrange the clothes and the machine fills again and when it comes to the spin the same thing happens. It can happen on either the first and second spin cycles. Also the clothes can get caught around the agitator and it takes all my might to untangle them. I tried to phone the company but was told no one else had complained about this problem and to get a technician to look at it at my own expense. I would not recommend buying this machine.

I bought this washer 3.5 years ago. Claimed to be water efficient, smart because it apparently decides how much water and washing it should do. I have never had a washer not wet my clothes before this one, but somehow this is a common occurrence with this machine, unless you use Max Fill, which defeats the purpose of little water usage, as well as it is not available on all settings. I found that if I do sheets/blankets, it always gives me an error code for being unbalanced, have to rearrange the load and restart. You also never get a load done under an hour, which is quite long considering the load size sometimes. As well, as of this week, the pump is dead so I cannot use it anymore. If I had loved my washer I would have gotten it repaired but honestly this is almost a relief (other than financially) as I will now change it. Not impressed.
