I purchased this washer/dryer set about a month ago. First couple uses were just fine, but then after that, whenever I do a load of laundry, the fabric softener cup in the machine is filled passed the 'max' with water. I've tried to empty out the water and do another load to see if that fixes it but nope. I've made sure I'm using the correct detergent and softener (HE) so that shouldn't be the issue. I looked through the manual and nothing about the issue. I called the number on the manual and not much help at all.

Repairman has been in three times._x000D_ Machine does not add enough water._x000D_ Machine spins like crazy. Etc etc_x000D_ The tub is too too deep.

I bought this washer after being recommended by my local sales rep. I first enjoyed the quietness of the machine but soon discovered that any load takes about an hour of washing! Then when I tried to wash just two throw blankets from my sofa the machine kept showing and error message for being unbalance even after opening and rearranging the load. Then when I attempted to wash just one blanket from my bed, the same thing happened, and even the drain and rinse cycle would not wring the water out of the blanket so I could just hang to dry. I will be calling the company to complain as well.

bought this in the fall ,the fabric softener fills up with water all the time .I have to clear out the water every time i want to put softener in.

i have owned it for 4 months and can only say i am happy with my purchase. forget the old school technology and embrace the new. just load it like the manual says and let it do its thing. as far as realiability goes, only time will tell.

J'ai acheté l'ensemble laveuse/sécheuse au mois de mai 2018. Je ne les aime pas. La quantité d'eau est selon la pesanteur des vêtements et ça ne fonctionne pas. Il n'y a jamais assez d'eau pour recouvrir les vêtements, il faut que je change complètement de cycle ou je place 3 ou 4 seau d'eau. Aussi lorsque la pesée des vêtements à laver se faire, ils frottent beaucoup ensemble et cela cause des molletons sur plusieurs vêtements . Je dois placer mes chandails dans des sacs en filet afin d'éviter le frottement. Si je devais acheter une autre laveuse, mon choix serait différent. La sécheuse est moyenne.

Don't buy you'll hate this washer it would be easier and faster to go to the closest creek and use a rock what a disappointment if you have all day to do a load of laundry and don't care of its clean this is for you now I'm going to take it in the shorts to trade for one that works spend the money buy a good one

I was looking for a simple no non sense washing machine. I had a front loader and it didn't really wash our laundry very well so we decided to replace with a top load when it stopped working and was too expensive to fix. What happened to the old style machines. This particular model redistributes the laundry at the beginning of the cycle and puts it off balance so when it drains the water and tries to spin it goes off balance and stops working. It is not capable of washing one set of bed sheets, i have to redistribute the laundry to get it started again. Very disappointing. What is the point in having a large drum when you can not add more then a regular or smallish load.

I have been using this new washer approximately 3 weeks and it does seem to get the clothes cleaner than my previous Frigidaire top load washer without an agitator. After reading many of the reviews I agree with the fact that the clothes bunch up at the beginning of the cycle but it does seem to spread around by itself. A couple of people mentioned how quiet the machinge is. Well I have never had a washer that made so much noise and a scraping sound. I had my dealer check it out after washing a few loads and was told that this is normal, not to worry. My laundry room is right off the room where we watch TV and it is very annoying to listen to. I don't feel that the clothes spin as much water out as it should. So far that is all of the issues that I have and hope that this washer continues to serve me well.

Bonjour, j'ai acheter cette laveuse l'été 2018 et je suis extrêmement satisfaite de la propreté du lavage et du désigne. Par contre, je suis très déçu que la transmission vient de me lâcher. J'ai fait venir le réparateur et pour la réparer me coûte le prix d'une nouvelle laveuse .J'aimerait la faire réparer pour ne pas jeter aux vidange. Ou pourrait t'on trouver une transmission a un prix raisonnable ? Merci
