I really wanted this fridge to work as it is beautiful and functional BUT after 2 repair jobs in the last 2.5 years and a third irreparable malfunction 3 weeks ago I have had enough!!! In my attempts to find a replacement, as I have designed my kitchen for this model, I find that this a recurring problem for theses fridges regardless of the company. I can’t believe they keep selling them and with such high prices!!! Buyer Beware!!!!

Purchased this unit . not even 2 years old and the compressor went on it . This was my second Frigidaire refrigerator the other one lasted 5 years and the compressor went on this one also .

We bought the best we could locally _x000D_ This fridge freezer is a joke _x000D_ The fridge freezer combo looks amazing but it makes such a loud water running noise it’s the conversation at our dinner parties _x000D_ Frigidaire sent a repair guy that had no idea and Frigidaire doesn’t care_x000D_ _x000D_ If your looking for hi end appliances for your new home don’t entertain this nice look for poor quality

Very nice unit…..but_x000D_ With regards to the freezer….does the motor always run so loud ?_x000D_ We had issues right out of the box with overheating issues which seemed to work itself out…but also since the beginning when the motor kicks on….it’s very loud…..a technician said that’s how they sound….what’s the decibel rating at its loudest?…it can’t be this loud can it ?

My contractor had read the installation instructions and prepared the space for our delayed delivery twin fridge/freezer. Once they arrived they learned that the depth measurements did not include the electric plug 3/4”. They ended up having to adjust everything to accommodate the error.

Immediately the lower section started freezing everything including the water filter. We have waited over a month for parts to arrive to hopefully fix this manufacturing issue. It indicates poor quality control.

We bought this high end refrigerator thinking it would last. In 5 years, it stopped cooling twice. First, after 3 years and now. We had a technician tells us there was a freon leak. We had it refilled and had to pay because it wasn’t under guaranty anymore. Same thing happen again this week, the fridge stop cooling. Do not buy, lasted us less than five years!

Bought this combo when I renovated my basement in 2017, first 3 years everything worked great. Last 2 years fridge started to freeze items and would not cycle and stay on all the time, been fixed multiple times and it's still breaking down. Do yourself a favor, if you are actually going to use these buy something else. Pictures are just eye candy for a faulty, non-reliable product. Quality control is non-existent.

I got this FPRU19F8RFF whole fridge on 2019 July. The fridge fails to work on September 2021. We change the starter/capacitor and eventually the compressor at the end of October. The fridge then works till April 2022. Now, it fails again! But due to the unique of the size and product. We got stuck with it.
