It finally came 9 months later because of Covid. That’s not the problem it came with NO installation instructions, what should have been easy and straight forward ended up being an all day affair with two installers and my husband looking for anything on the internet to help them. The Frigidaire website was useless, we couldn’t get the manual to download. Hopefully this isn’t a harbinger of things to come. _x000D_ At this point I’m very unhappy and disgusted with Frigidaire, who sends a high end product like this with no instruction manual especially in this day and age when you can make one video and put it on the website. _x000D_ Get with the program FRIGIDAIRE!!

Purchased the twins 5 or 6 years ago, so not reviewing the latest model. We love the combination of the aesthetic and functionality. They have worked flawlessly and are quiet. The freezer is large enough to contain the side of beef we purchased in addition to our regular freezer items. And being counter depth we can easily organize contents and find what we need without orphaning items in the back. Definitely recommend.

9 months later these beauties arrived. Except the pairing kit wasn't included! Now they will sit-in my garage for the remainder of the year!!!!

Compressor has rattles loudly since the day we plugged it in. I have emailed and called multiple times over the past 3 months - no response. Now I'm frustrated. I like everything else about the fridge (even have freezer to match) but it is a matter of time before this fridge stops working.

We love the look of this refrigerator but like someone else we have a compressor issue. Finally got someone out to look at it after 6 weeks. This is a built in with a separate freezer which works great. Of course had 5 year extended warranty which expired May 10 this year unit died June 28.Not sure yet if I would purchase Frigidaire again, we will see if it can be fixed. Still waiting for any response from Frigidaire.

Bonjour, je viens d'acheter le nouveau modèle Tout Réfrigérateur et Tout Congélateur. Super élégant, mais mauvaise information du vendeur et sur le site. La hauteur de la porte est plus haute que la charnière qui est à 71'' et 3/4'' sans le couvert de plastique. Mes portes d'armoires au-dessus ne peuvent pas ouvrir, car plus de 72'' pouces. Merci

I purchased this fridge 2 years ago. Of course it is just past warranty when the compressor malfunctioned. Technician reports freon leaked out. Absolutely no help from Frigidaire or the company we purchased it from. Looks like this experience is not uncommon. Expensive to repair and, from other reviews, it looks like you're in for ongoing repairs.

Bought this refrigerator in august 2019. It broke in October 2021 after 2 years of usage... The maintenance guy said it was due to a gas leak. We had to change the entire cooling system for a total of 1300$ (including repair time).

I had my professional fridge and freezer set for 2 years. Just over 2 years the fridge stopped cooling. Fridgidaire is putting the fix on me. Terrible customer service. Product is not worth it!
